About Julie Fry
I have been a resident of Latah County since I came to college at the U of I in 1989. I met my husband, James Fry, at U of I and earned my B.S. Accounting degree in 1995. I was the Troy Deputy Clerk and Interim City Clerk in 1996/1997. I left the City of Troy job to be a stay-at-home Mom. I started an accounting business at home and was able to connect with many small businesses in the area. This time in life also enabled me to be involved with a lot of volunteer activities. We raised 4 amazing children who are now 22 - 29. When my youngest child graduated from high school in 2018, I got a full-time job at the City of Moscow as their Treasury Manager. This job has provided me vast knowledge into governmental accounting. What else is there to know about me? I love God, American values, animals, hiking, landscaping, planning weddings, and most of all just being with my family.
